I have worked as a clinical supervisor throughout my professional career. Not only have I had my own clinical interns in various workplaces, but I have also provided individual and group supervision to LCSW candidates as a means to licensure or current clinical social workers in need of expanding their skill set in a particular area or gaining different perspectives on challenging cases.
